For informational purposes only, a link to the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Open Payments web page is provided here. The federal Physicians Payments Sunshine Act requires that detailed information about payment and other payments of value worth over ten dollars ($10) from manufactures of drugs, medical devices, and biologics to physicians and teaching hospitals be made available to the public.

Payment arrangements for all of our services are at the time they are rendered. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa. If we are a participating provider of your insurance company, we will bill them directly. However, payment is the patient’s responsibility. We will help in any way we can to assist you in handling claims.
